Base location: UK WideSalary: £Competitive + car allowance + performance related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.Working Pattern: Permanent with Flexible working options availableWhat is the Role?We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Client Director to join us, playing a vital part in delivering our executive lead growth strategy.You will work closely with a passionate and skilled sales team to develop sector specific account plans which will aid the delivery of incremental sales growth.You'll lead, coach and nurture a small high performing team to deliver exciting projects against ambitious sales targets.Track record of selling into UK Rail at all levels including CXO either directly or with partnersDeep knowledge of the Rail procurement processesArticulate, confident and tenacious with the ability to self-manage and act on one's own initiative against pre-determined KPIsStrong analytical skills and ability to creatively influence the shape of commercial sales propositionsPrevious experience in providing commercial input / innovation into sales propositionsExcellent verbal and presentation communication skillsLiterate and numerate and structured in all forms of communicationsHigh level of professionalism with strong presentation and technical qualification skillsDemonstrate tact and persuasion in both internal and customer discussions or meetingsKnowledge of strategic selling: Miller Heimann, SPIN, TAS, Holden or similar proven methodologiesWhat do I need?Highly organised, disciplined and professional with the ability to work accurately to demanding timeframesBusiness focussed and committed to delivering exceptional resultsAssertive and confident with a "can-do, will do, want to do" approachPrepared to challenge where appropriate with a positive, determined and motivated by business challengeAbility to demonstrate a commitment to collaborative and innovative workingEmbraces and supports changeAble to rationalise and make incisive decisionsMust be a team playerFlexibility to undertake regular travel in the UK will be requiredSales engagement in development of sector/client specific commercial / product propositionsContribution to sales campaign developmentAbout our BusinessNeos Networks is proud to be one of the premier B2B connectivity partners in the UK.
