Job description

We are looking for a manager to be part of our client feedback team, with specific responsibility for our Deals business, to join on a 6 month, fixed-term contract.This is a great time to join the team as we are undergoing an exciting period of transformation. Client feedback is a key priority for PwC, and we are looking at how we best work with the business to provide them with the client insights they need.

This role is focused on gathering feedback from our clients in Deals in interviews (videoconference), and demonstrating the value of a wide-reaching client feedback programme.

The client feedback team is part of PwC's Sales and Marketing team, which is split into key areas, (called capabilities), with client feedback sitting in the Business Development capability. The role holder will report into the Client Feedback Deals Lead and the Director of Deals Sales and Marketing.

In this role the successful candidate will:

  • Conduct rich, actionable client feedback interviews on priority engagements within Deals. Produce insightful reports for engagement leaders and account teams to ensure action is taken in response to feedback. (About 85% of time will be spent on this)
  • Work with the Client Feedback Deals Lead to produce impactful reports on the insights captured from feedback.
  • Work with the Client Feedback Deals Lead to take responsibility for embedding tools and methodologies to drive feedback to make it business as usual and support the Board strategy.
  • Take a holistic view of feedback in order to provide expert advice to the business on the appropriate approach for gathering client feedback, and be accountable for ensuring that quality and brand standards are always upheld.
  • Work in partnership with the client feedback team; the Deals Sales and Marketing team, and wider Sales and Marketing function to promote client feedback, share insight and ensure a collaborative approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in having open discussions with clients, ideally in client feedback sessions.
  • Experience in handling sensitive discussions and communicating people's performance.
  • Excellent influencing and powerful communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Proactive with a positive 'can do' approach.
  • Self-starter able to work effectively as part of a 'virtual team'.
  • Experience of working with data and comfortable with reporting tools such as excel.
  • A sound business understanding as well as being commercial and risk aware
