Job description

We are looking for a Senior Manager or an experienced Manager to be part of our client feedback team, with specific responsibility for the Tax business, to join on a 12 month fixed-term contract.Client feedback is a key priority for the firm, with a new direction recently set by the Clients and Markets Executive. It is an exciting time for the Client Feedback team as we look to implement the strategy in each area of the business to better understand the view of our clients and improve their experience of working with us.This role would suit someone looking to work closely with senior leadership in Tax, to implement change and generate insight to help inform our future strategy in Tax.This role is focused on driving engagement across Tax, managing the programme of feedback, gathering feedback from our clients via telephone conversations (often in conjunction with a Partner), and identifying actionable insights for the account teams and the business.The role will report to the Head of Sales for Tax.

In this role the successful candidate will:

  • Drive and implement the Client Feedback strategy as agreed by the Tax Executive, working with the Clients and Markets leaders as key sponsors to ensure engagement across all Business Units.
  • Driving the change management programme in place and managing the day to day running of the programme, ensuring interviews are scheduled in a timely manner.
  • Use feedback to generate insight and highlight any action areas from feedback calls and liaise with engagement leads to ensure ownership of issues is clear and a plan is in place to remediate.
  • Identify themes from feedback calls, specifically Post Decision Reviews, providing regular commercial insight to the Tax leadership team.
  • Provide insight to support specific "must win" opportunities to inform the strategy of the team.
  • Work in partnership with the client feedback team; the Tax Sales and Marketing team, and wider Sales and Marketing function to promote client feedback, share insight and ensure a collaborative approach.
  • Have the unique opportunity to develop their business acumen through frequent direct engagement with a wide range of senior client stakeholders about their issues and client experience.

  • Self-starter able to work effectively as part of a 'virtual team'.
  • Comfortable with analysing data for key insight.
  • A sound business understanding as well as being commercial and Tax aware.
