Job: Client Service AdvisorLocation: NorthwichSalary: £23,800 per annum + Excellent BenefitsShifts: Rotating between 8am and 8pm Monday - SaturdayAs a Barclays Customer Service Advisor in our Business Banking team, you'll help our clients and customers by putting them at the heart of everything you do. You will aim at helping our customers with support and queries as well as aftercare on a range of products to meet customer needs.When you work at a Barclays call centre, there's only one thing that matters. Doing the right thing for the customer, by helping them as much as you possibly can. We offer careers that provide endless opportunity - helping millions of individuals and businesses thrive, and creating financial and digital solutions that the world now takes for granted.What will you be doing?• Providing end-to-end support for clients, resolving complex queries, coordinating responses from other servicing or processing departments through a variety of channelsEnsuring the effective implementation of new products and deliver a personalized telephone & email service to customers and stakeholdersWorking closely with the rest of the team providing mutual support by training, coaching and sharing of knowledge and best practicesCapturing and recording client information during calls to develop understanding of their needs, including being aware of direct competitor activity, products and service channelsOvercoming client's objections, record and manage complaints in accordance with agreed group proceduresSharing knowledge and best practices with the team, coaching, and acting as a role model for your colleaguesWhat we're looking for:• Computer literacy as you will be providing telephony supportPrevious customer service experience is essentialGood planning & organisation skillsProven relationship management skillsSkills that will help you in the role:• Being proactive, not just on your daily tasks and actions but also self-developmentExhibit and ensure a positive work environment, thereby contributing to the team culture & valuesExcellent customer/client service skillsWhere will you be working?The Barclays Technology Campus, just outside Manchester, is our transatlantic tech command centre for information security in the UK.
