Job description

Job Summary
In this role you will manage the Commercial and Domestic claims that could range from claims associated with minor damage right through to catastrophic events. This role will be predominantly home based with occasional travel into a local office and frequent travel regionally when managing claims processes.

Responsibilities:
Managing an active caseload of commercial claims upto £100k in value
To work closely with internal stakeholders and manage third parties effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage claims from initial tasking through to the the claim being resolved
Travel for face to face appointments with the claimants and to build rapport where possible to ensure an efficient/personal process.

Required Skills and Experience
ACILA or Similar.
Understanding of Client SLA compliance requirements
Strong knowledge and understanding of both FSA procedures and TCF initiatives
A full UK driving License
Customer Service led approach
