We will also focus resources on reaching those who currently face obstacles in getting the help they need.

This post is a full-time, permanent position, working as part of the Enfield Community Core teams in a case finding and assertive outreach capacity working in partnership with the London Borough of Enfield rough sleepers and single homeless person unit, faith groups, voluntary community services, refugees and other difficult to reach and high intensity users with mental health issue unwilling to engage with conventional mental health services.

The post holder will be expected to be a qualified non-medical prescriber or be prepared to complete the non-medical prescriber training.

The post is part of an initiative to improve the quality and culture of care provided, and to enhance the therapeutic offer available, to rough sleepers and single homeless people, and difficult to reach people in Enfield.
