Complaints Resolution Manager

Location: Remote

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday rotating shifts between the hours of 8.30am - 6pm.

Salary: 21K

The role

My client, a reputable financial services business, are looking for a customer care specialist to join them on a fully remote basis. You'll be working in our Customer Care department and you will deal with complaints on a daily basis. This is a busy posiiton and you will juggle a number of complaints at one time, so attention to detail is key in this position. You will be tasked with resolving the complaints within the regulated time ensuring a positive outcome is achieved. You will communicate with the customer over the phone and email.

On a daily basis you will:

Ensure all complaints are dealt with in accordance with DISP regulations
  • Ensure the customers' journey exceeds their expectations and are provided with correct customer outcomes
  • Report all complaints breaches
  • Provide administration support with claims escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
