Contracts Manager - WD

What you will do

Coordinates basic on-site project activities.

Oversees specified project efforts and coordinates with other contractors to ensure compliance.

Works with project team to develop project objectives.

Manages schedules and project activity.

University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

6 Years suggested minimum experience.

How you will do it

Review a broad range of commercial sales and services agreements and related documents;

Review requests for proposals, requests for bids and other competitive tenders;

Assess the compliance of any proposed contract with the Tyco Sales DOA to ensure all conditions are satisfied and/or all key material risks are appropriately reviewed;

For each signed contract, prepare a summary matrix highlighting the key contractual terms (scope, date, term, termination, renewal provisions, payment conditions and key material risks);

Contribute to the Contracts Management team effort by meeting agreed SLAs and accomplishing related results as required;

Work with the Senior Contracts Manager, GBS to ensure that the day-to-day commercial contracting work flow is effectively coordinated and managed;

Support the Senior Contracts Manager, GBS to resolve recurring administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions;

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Business Partner Contract Managers;

Promote the company's culture of inclusivity, diversity and empowerment through Tyco's core values of accountability, excellence, teamwork, and integrity.

Qualifications

What we look for

Accredited Qualification in law (Irish, UK, European or US). 1-2 years contracts management experience reviewing a variety of contracts.

Excellent written and oral English skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Strong team player.

Demonstrable skill in understanding contract provisions and risk allocation.

Ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

Effective prioritization and time management skills.

Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
