Job description

A Technical support services company based in Droitwich are searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temp - perm basis working Monday - Friday, day shifts 37.5 hours. The company themselves have specialised in Technical support, partnering with European companies for over 40 years.

The responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator will be:

  • General administration duties and data entry.
  • Answering the phone to customer queries and managing inboxes.
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Liaising between customers and team to give feedback on order status.
  • Communicating with various different departments in the business.
The requirements of a Customer Service Administrator will be:
  • Previous experience working as a Customer Service Administrator.
  • Experience in administration.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Able to assist and plan in problem solving and query management.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft office and in-house systems.
  • A good phone manner.
This role is on a temporary - permanent basis being paid £18,000 - £20,000 per annum with the potential of a permanent contract after the completion of a 12 week period.
