We're looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Service

This is an opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Vulnerable Case Management Team in Customer Operations. In this role you will be responsible for:

Supporting TSB's vulnerable customers, who find themselves in financial difficulty
Managing these customers on a 1 to 1 basis via a diary management system
Reviewing all the accounts held with TSB to ensure we provide the most appropriate support
Undertaking all administrative tasks associated with case management

Be self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude
Have the ability to pro-actively maintain your process and policy knowledge
Good stakeholder management skills - ability to use your networks to help deliver for the customer, partner and business and share these networks with others
Strong problem solving skills - ability to provide high quality guidance on a range of tasks, using judgement and interpretation as required whilst keeping the customer experience at the heart of decisions
Ability to utilise the resources and tools available to you to guide and support you
Strong customer excellence skills - be the face of TSB, handling customer interactions in an efficient and effective manner and providing the highest level of customer service aligning to the TSB experience
