We have an opportunity available for Deputy Manager to join the team at our residential home based in St Helens , Greengate House (WA9 5LT).

The Role:

You will assist in the day-to-day running of the home, having responsibility for ensuring the home is run in an effective safe manner. You will ensure that service users are provided with the care of highest professional standards and that the service complies fully with the CQC regulatory standards and demonstrates a person centred approach. As deputy, you will be responsible for the effective management of the residential home, including undertaking sleep in duties as required, as well as ensuring the effective deployment of employees, financial and physical resources in the absence of the Residential Home Manager.

Please note that from 11 November 2021 the successful post holder will be legally required to have been fully vaccinated against COVID 19 or provided evidence of exemption on medical grounds.
