Job description

Learn from extraordinary women who've carved inspirational careers.

At EY, no question is too small, too ambitious or too imaginative. We use our curiosity to ask better questions, that inspire better answers. That's how we build a better working world.

Our two-day virtual events are designed to give you a deeper understanding of Assurance, Strategy and Transactions, Tax, or Technology, and meet inspirational leading women within EY.

In Assurance, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax, you'll hear from our EY Women's Network about the support and opportunity for personal development, as well as the formal and informal professional development we provide all our people, from trainee through to partner.

In Technology, you'll explore an environment fuelled by innovation. You'll learn more on how we use artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analytics and more to solve client challenges. And you'll develop an understanding of how your passion for technology and business can solve complex problems for some of the world's biggest businesses.

What will you be doing?

Through interactive workshops, case studies, panel discussions, and networking sessions, you'll meet inspiring people and learn lots about what we do - and about yourself. If all goes well, you could be fast-tracked onto one of programmes in 2023 - please check the website for further guidance.

Are you eligible to apply?

We welcome first year university students (or second year of a four-year course) or in their penultimate year of university - please check the website for further guidance as each event varies.

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don't screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an Honours degree in any subject - some programmes will require a subject relevant to the business area, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels or five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.

"I really enjoyed working on the case studies and coming together as a group to share ideas. It allowed me to network and improve my problem-solving skills whilst meeting senior female leaders." Jiajie Lu - Discover EY - Women in Business
