You will also be responsible for keeping records of cleaning products and equipment with taking responsibility to maintain the equipment. The successful applicant will be working alongside service users, therefore good interpersonal skills will be essential. You will need to be enthusiastic, ambitious and provide flexibility and adaptability. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times. You don't necessarily have to have experience, but being able to work on your own initiative, multitask and have a high degree of organisational skills will be beneficial.Skills: Ability to use own initiative, work to agreed plans, time management, organised, communication, physically fitAbout the Service: Elm provides a comprehensive support service for up to eight individuals (over the age of 18) with Autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.
