Employer Brand Associate - Social media

FTC - 12 months
Responsible for supporting the team in how they shape, enhance and protect PwC's market-leading employer branding content deliverables shared across our careers social media platforms.
About the team:
We're responsible for leading the design, development and execution of our employer brand campaigns. Developing distinctive employer brand propositions and core messaging across all areas of our business, with an innovative and consistent approach, closely aligned to both recruitment and corporate brand strategies. Using our channels to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to campaigns, sharing our authentic people stories.
Responsibilities:Reporting into the Employer Brand Social Media Manager, and working with the Employer Brand Social Media Senior Associate you will provide support with the design and delivery of our national recruitment attraction strategies, using our careers social media channels
Work with key stakeholders on a variety of recruitment campaigns - ranging from school leaver and campus campaigns, through to experienced professionals
Support the annual strategy and day-to-day running of our existing careers social media accounts by uploading and scheduling content: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and an internal employee advocacy tool. Including any additional channels we may create
Creating on brand social media imagery to support our campaigns
Supporting on film creation and team-wide projects as required
Content creation to support our wider Firmwide employer brand activity - e.g. national days/months, award wins, day in the life etc.
Supporting the social media team with social listening and responding to any requests that come into our accounts.
Helping with analysing social media campaigns using our tracking system and social analytics to produce reports highlighting channel/campaign performance
A passion for and prior experience of social media marketing/digital marketing and a curiosity to learn new things and challenge ways of working
A desire to work or previous experience in Employer Brand or on Recruitment Marketing campaigns
A mind-set which demonstrates a comfort with testing, learning and optimising
Experience in scheduling social media content for marketing campaigns
Experience in creating branded imagery
Experience of working on film projects would be advantageous
Experience of measuring and analysing marketing campaigns
Clear communication skills to aid working with different teams
Experience of working in complex, matrix organisations would be helpful.
