Summary

Hours: 28.50 hours per week. The role is worked across 4 days a week, with the rota up for discussion at interview.

Salary: £18750 per annum

Contract: Permanent role

What you'll be doing

As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You'll be assisting with the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in our mansion, visitor welcome and commercial spaces, as well as ancillary buildings such as the biomass centre and gardeners yard. This will include regular compliance tasks such as emergency light testing and fire extinguisher checks. You will also assist the Facilities & Business Services team by managing contractors who come to site. This role will be responsible for the management of our small and dedicated group of Premises volunteers; ensuring they have their daily list of tasks, supporting them in their work and that they feel motivated and engaged.

Public transport is extremely limited to Polesden Lacey so you are likely to need a car to travel here.
