Our team has been hugely successful in winning and delivering multiple global technology-enabled finance and business transformation programmes. We have an exciting ambition and are currently working with a number of leading companies to help them transform their finance functions and broader business operating models, enabled by technology.

You will be joining a team that has grown organically from within PwC, and has developed a culture of innovation, market disruption and entrepreneurialism. Our team combines a range of disciplines including finance transformation, technology, data, change management and broader business transformation. We focus on reimagining our clients' finance operating models and helping them achieve their vision through modern digital technologies.

We are looking for talented, driven and intellectually curious professionals to join our team and cement our position as the leading firm in this area.

To be successful you will have many of the following:

  • Strong and recent experience of finance transformation projects and programmes. This will ideally include some of the following:

    • Finance operating model design

    • Finance process design (e.g. R2R, P2P, O2C)

    • Shared Service Centres and Outsourcing

    • Business case development.

  • A desire to work in technology-enabled finance transformation programmes and learn about how technology is transforming finance functions of the future.

  • Some exposure to technology and/or of ERP projects and programmes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is particularly desirable.

  • A desire to look for innovative ways of improving our clients' finance functions.

  • Team leadership experience.

  • Transformation project experience, developed through a consulting or industry role.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ideally, education to degree level and/or a formal accounting qualification.

You will be responsible for:

  • Playing a leading role in shaping and delivering finance transformation projects, depending on your experience.

  • Shaping and developing client deliverables.

  • Working with and leading teams, depending on your experience.

  • Playing an active role in managing and developing client relationships.

  • Participating in practice development and managing and coaching more junior team members.

  • Driving and proactively supporting the management of client engagements, supporting a Director or Partner.

  • Supporting the development of client proposals and new business development
