Salary: £50,000 basic. £54,000-£58,000 annual salary with predicted monthly commissions.

Job Description:

A new role has been created at LocationHQ for a Financial Controller/ Pricing Analyst. This new and dynamic position will interest a forward-thinking, tech savvy team player with a high level of accountancy and pricing analysis experience.

Goals and Objectives:

1. Reducing financial risks.
2. Increasing the company's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improving on existing financial processes including commissions processes
• Lead research of industry rate setting trends and fee arrangement structures and analysis of market survey data to grow the firm's understanding of UK best pricing practices and enhance our team processes.
• Research and develop comprehensive pricing strategies, using the latest software, including pricing best practices, assessing, tracking, highlighting alternative fee arrangements, and managing risk.
• Construct rate structures and pricing solutions that maximises the profitability.
• Establishing financial processes for the team including forecasting, interpretation and risk management.
• Prepare and communicate company monthly financial reports and work directly with the Managing Director to enhance business management through financial analysis and assisting with business plans.
• Budgeting, forecasting and interpretation.
• Actively promote the Company's business intelligence software applications, tools and matter management techniques and provide training.
• Tax Planning
• VAT
• Payroll
• Filing and preparing of the tax returns

Requirements:

• Minimum Batchelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.
• Accountancy Qualification.
