Administration Clerk

Pertemps Didcot are currently looking for a Fleet Administration Clerk to work for our client based in Oxford.

Your daily duties will include
  • Working with fleet vehicle files
  • Liaising with suppliers by telephone and email
  • Booking in servicing and maintenance
  • Managing defect records
  • Controlling maintenance planner
  • Manging key documents
  • Running fleet reports

To be considered for this Administrator role, you will need the following skills/experience
  • Previous experience in a transport office environment
  • Understand fleet and maintenance administration
  • Good working within a team as well as on your own initiative

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours (Flexible - Open to discussion for the successful candidate)
  • Temporary to Permanent position for the right candidate
