*Project Supervisor - Facilities Management *

London

We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join our Building Services team at Whitehall Main Building, where we have a Hard FM contract on this Government/ MoD site.

*You'll: *

* Implement the Health and Safety safe system of works - issuing permits and liaising with building operations to ensure smooth delivery.
* Site access protocols to be understood and managed pro-actively.
* Supervise implementation (RAMS review, subcontractor overview and task management)
* Control of the building operating systems for additional work enabling (fire alarm isolation etc.)
* H & S Permit control

*We are looking for: *

* Experience working in a Facilities Management / Building Services environment from operational supervisory capacity
* Experience supervising Sub-Contractors as well as Skanska employees
* Project Management implementation skills
* Minimum Health & Safety qualifications - IOSH Managing Safety
* Experience in hard FM operational systems
* Experience of managing Permit Systems
