Job DescriptionPart Time Front Office & Adminstration Assistant - 16 hours per week.What will I be doing?As a Front Office & Administration Assistant, you will provide reception and administration services for the guest to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through to check-out. A Front Office & Administration Assistant contributes to the first impression of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:Ensure efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/ out and complete audit procedures, as requiredAchieve positive outcomes from guest queries and complaints in a timely and efficient mannerTo ensure that a consistent high standard of service is delivered in a friendly and personalised manner via all communication systemsTo be fully compliant with PCI and Data Systems Security Compliance ProgrammeTo be financially aware and continually seek to reduce wastage and promote environmental policiesAssist in the maintenance of lead management processes e.g. change of addressesTo be fully aware of the current guidelines in relation to owners debtorsReport any defects, damage, or hazards in the working environmentCarry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the health and safety and welfare of self, other members of staff, guests and other persons on the premisesUndertaking such other duties within Administration as may be assigned by Management.Assist with all HGVC mail shots as required from time to timeBenefits include Go Hilton Team Member travel programme - (hotel discounts for team members, family and friends), Denplan, Perks at Work and LifeWorks employee programmes.QualificationsWhat are we looking for?Front Office and Administration Assistants serving with Hilton Grand Vacations at Coylumbridge are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.To successfully fill this role, we'll be looking for the attitude, skills and values that follow:Previous experience in a customer-focused industryCommitment to delivering a high level of customer servicePositive attitude and good communications skillsExcellent grooming standardAbility to work on your own and as part of a teamCompetent level of IT proficiencyIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Previous reception or administration experience
