To learn more about how we protect and/or process personal information, please visit the WFS Privacy Center at: LOCATION: Watson Fuels, Callow Hill, BrinkworthReporting to the Senior Team Leader, you will provide new fuel card business accounts and also maintain current client relationships, contribute to the continued success of the sales team and the Watson Fuelcards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:You will need to have exceptional negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm. The ability to build strong relationships with customers along with excellent communication skills is essential, ensuring that a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient service is maintained in line with Watson Fuels values.Selling Watson Fuelcard services in line with company values to generate new and repeat businessNegotiating cost with customers independently or under the direction of the Sales Manager where necessary.Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clientsBe your customers dedicated point of contact; building a relationship with your customer is vital to understand whether we compete against others, or are we the sole supplier. What are their local pump prices like, do they use one site only or travel nationally - this sort of fact finding will help you manage their drawing habits & margin.Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitableManaging your litres: along with bringing in new business you need to ensure customers are drawing to full potential at all times, with detailed account management calls, non-usage callsEnsure KPI's are achievedWork collaboratively with colleagues throughout the WFL UK Ltd business.Deal with queries, and exhibit the highest standards of customer service at all times.Maintain appropriate level of product and system expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service and systems.Embrace a health and safety focused culturePERSON SPECIFICATION (BACKGROUND AND SKILLS):Sales/Account Management experienceFull UK driving licenseStrong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a team and independentlyBe experienced in building relationships to secure repeat businessHave the ability to work using your own initiativeHave the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers.An ability to drive business forward.IND123
