Job description

The Finance SME will link between programme consultants and terminal super user(s) and to support the terminal rollouts.

Provide knowledge and review the training material to raise awareness about standard processes and standard procedures ensuring that terminal users are becoming more self-sufficient when it comes to working according to group standards as well as navigating in IFS 10

Requirement

Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of review experience (preferably Big 4) or Internal review in large multinational companies

Basic understanding of the Shipping and Logistics business

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.

Knowledge of working around ERP systems, preferably IFS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be able to build good working relationship (internal and external)

Review techniques, Internal Controls, Risk Management

In-depth understanding of any process of PTP, OTC and ATR

Should have conducted or be planned to conduct Lean lv3

Experience of working in project/Kaizen as project member or project lead

Able to work independently with limited supervision

Job Scope:

Responsible to ensure that there are Global Finance Processes to all processes related to IFS10

Closely coordinate with other functions where the Global Finance Processes are depended on others or should provide an output.

Share best practice within the Finance SME team and to ensure efficient rollout cross terminals.

Provide input on the project plan on terminal rollout and be the link between the Project organization and the terminal finance team.

Support the terminal on creating a gap analysis and change management required by being a change ambassador and to help the terminals to adapt to the new WoW.

Responsible for finalizing the list of customizations, Custom Events, reports etc., to be uplifted.

Provide an active support during Hypercare and support Super Users and Key Users Post Go Live.
