Something Extraordinary Every Day™ As a Guest Relations Ambassador with us, you'll be responsible for ensuring all of our HNW and VIP guests receive a 5-star, luxury service throughout their visit to Bicester Village. You'll be super passionate about delivering a truly tailored experience to each guest, promoting additional services that we offer to enhance their time in the Village, ranging from itinerary planning to arranging valet parking. This is a full time, permanent Guest Relations Ambassador role based in The Apartment at Bicester Village. Due to the nature of this role, we cannot offer remote working. To be successful with us as a Guest Relations Ambassador with us, you'll have: Previous experience in Guest Services, Guest Relations or VIP Services within a 5* luxury hotel or similar environment A solid understanding of VIP and HNW guest profiles and examples of when you have personally delivered an excellent level of service to these individuals Second to none communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills The ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions, usually to a tight deadline Fluency in English is essential, and any other languages (specifically Mandarin, Literary Arabic or Russian) would be highly desirable
