Head of Market DevelopmentRole Profile: The Head of Market Development reports into the Director of Commercial Broadcast & Radio. This role is critical to the continued growth and development of the partner channels and indirect sales division in Arqiva. The ideal person will have experience in the broadcast and video with experience of designing and developing strong partner relationships.Salary/p ackage - Up to £70k, pa plus Bonus & Comprehensive BenefitsLocation - Flexible, Remote working - with travel to the Arqiva London office as and when required.Your key responsibilities will include :Manage indirect sales channels to generate new pipeline (outside the sales & account management function)Creation and management of formal partner channel programmeIdentify and develop new sales channels and routes to market with support of Media Products Team e.g new products into new markets rather than new products into existing marketsAct as key link in development of GTM plans with Product on new portfolio developmentManage emerging customer accounts before transition to Sales & Account TeamsNew business development both within indirect sales channels and support direct sales channelsMust HavesStrong experience in broadcast and video indirect/partner salesExperience of developing new marketsDefining processes and working practices for partner networkMust have good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and third partiesMight HavesExperience of managing a teamComprehensive experience of business developmentMore than anything, we want to work with people who are passionate about what they do and believe in our vision.
