You'll have extensive experience of successfully implementing large scale planned works programmes. You will be an experienced Technical Manager with membership of a related Chartered Body or holding a relevant technical/building qualification to degree level or equivalent.You'll possess in-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and related construction Health and Safety and risk management matters. You will have sound knowledge of related contract law and statutory requirements. Furthermore you'll be customer focused and care about the customer experience and journey.
