Rosewood House, Care Home in East London is a purpose-built 90 bedded luxury state of the art care home looking after people with dementia, nursing and neurological needs. Offering luxurious living, coupled with an innovative approach to truly personalised care, making Rosewood House one of East London's premium Care Home

*Requirements of the Health Care Assistant*

* Provide a range of assistance and support including giving personal care
* Promote and engage with the residents in meaningful activities which may include personal care; hobbies; interests
* Take care of the general day to day housework, including cleaning spillages and tidying rooms
* Administering medication under the guidance of our clinical team
* Assess; monitor; record and evaluate the effectiveness of the Person-Centred Plans
* Engage with residents encouraging participation and social interaction Actively promote communication between the Care Home and residents' family and friends

*The ideal applicants will have*

* One year's previous healthcare assistant experience
* Experience of working with the elderly
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
