O2 Sales Advisor
Salary: Up to £27,736 OTE

Location: Homebased
Hours: Full-Time - 40 hours per week. Various fixed shifts available.
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Sales advisor, you will join Capita as part of our O2 client team supporting new and existing O2 customers. O2 is the UK's largest and most reliable mobile network, with exciting expansion plans ahead! Now is time to become part of our team and join us on our exciting journey! As a sales advisor and you'll promote and sell products and services with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction. The majority of your time will be spent supporting customers with all aspects of their mobile phones. It could be setting up new contracts, upgrading, working through solutions with customers to help retain their business.
We'll provide you with all the training you need to feel confident in this role and will give you lots of ongoing support too. Positive, empathetic, and driven, you'll proactively question your customers to ensure you are finding right upgrade products for them. This role will see you helping customers and getting rewarded with customer satisfaction and financial incentives
What you will be doing
- Making and receiving calls in a virtual contact centre
- Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued
- Offering products and services to existing customers to aid retention

- Excellent customer communication skills
- A talent for learning new skills processes in technology quickly the line the ability to think on your feet to adapt to different situations
- A good listener who's empathetic impatient
- A private and quiet space to work at home with a strong broadband connection
