INDIVIDUAL GIVING OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Salary: £24,550 - £26,000

Contract: 12 month FTC

Location: Stratford w/ high-flex

Why we need you

We're looking for an Operations Executive to provide outstanding delivery, administrative & operational support for the Individual Giving product team, with a focus on agency management, operational and performance delivery. Areas covered being Face-to-Face, Payroll Giving, Prize-Led Giving, Mobilise and Cash.

What will I be doing?

Make an impact every day by…

  • Manage the day to day relationship with CRUK's face to face agencies and professional fundraising organisations (PFO's).
  • Work to deliver the operational aspects of face to face third party campaigns from setup to execution and analysis.
  • Support the operational processes for the product team as required (e.g. Payroll Giving reconciliation, data entry tasks, CRM tasks, a point of contact for dealing with queries)Support the operations and delivery of CRUK's Prize-Led Giving programme and mobilise when required. Be responsible for Payroll Giving administration tasks, such as reconciliations and tobacco returns, to help realise income
  • Brief in requests, including material creative development, training requirements, insight reporting requirements and supporter journeys, to enable delivery of high performing and effective campaigns.
  • Lead on day to day complaints resolution and third party compliance monitoring activities, to ensure adherence to required standards and regulations, identifying and proposing changes to improve the supporter experience and campaign performance.
  • Support the budget process by ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of income and expenditure for activity areas, assist with tasks related to product budget and expenditure including raising purchase orders, managing invoices and maintaining budget spreadsheets.

  • Some experience of supplier management with experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders.
