Job description

Operations Purpose of Role:

• Responsible for the onshore preparation of work to enable safe, efficient execution offshore.

Critical Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSEQ procedures Areas of Responsibility Competence Level:

• Support the delivery Asset annual safety, production, environmental and operational goals are met.

• Onshore preparation of workscopes in accordance with Harbour Energy's process and procedures.

• Prioritise discipline specific scopes as per the Harbour Energy's planning process and with agreement with the MCO.

• Develop relationships with onshore and offshore teams.

• From the onshore Hub manage the preparation of the following (including but not limited to):

PTW and supporting documentation

Isolations

Work Packs

• Support Campaign maintenance team.

• Project support.

• Outage preparation.

• Responsible for working with & facilitating the work of visitors and vendors.

• Periodic visit offshore for familiarisation is desirable.

• Responsible for maintaining own personnel competency.

• Competent in operating electronic MMS.

• Competent in operating electronic PTW system.

Other Information

• The MCO will provide a preparation window as per the Harbour Energy's planning process.

• Primary onshore based role Monday to Friday - may be required to backfill roles offshore.

Qualifications Experience

• Recognised core discipline qualification (NVQ Lvl 3/ OND/ONC/HNC/HND).

• Prior proven experience within the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industries.

• IT literate and capable of developing IT skills.

• Demonstrate values consistent with those of the Company.

• Willingness to succeed and deliver high quality work.

• Have an appreciation of all other discipline's and roles.

• Ability to stand in for the MCO.

• Capable of delivering on commitments and working unsupervised.
