Job description

I am working with a very exciting start-up company who are currently looking for an Interim Financial Controller to help support them with their next step of growth. This role does have the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate but initially will be on a 3 month contract. This role will require one day a week in the Oxford office.

Im looking for candidates that are passionate about a growing business and will be the forth front in helping them support business growth, as well as being responsible for setting up key finance functions within the business.

What they are looking for;

" Planning? evaluation? design and implementation of the companys budget
" Analyse companys financial information (such as cash management? expenditures? and revenues) making sure that companys financial operations are in line with budget limits
" Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the companys future operations
" Experience in funding rounds and able to help develop the business model that will generate long-term profit

To be successful for the role,
" we are looking for ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
" Strong Budgeting and forecasting skills
" Experience of Financially modelling
" Thrives in a start-up environment; willingness to dive in the deep end, ask questions and be a team player
