Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced internal communications manager to join The Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC). This is a vital role for the Company, as you will oversee communications to our internal staff and support sector teams and External Affairs on identified objectives.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager but working with External Affairs and other sector teams on specific projects, the role will be at the heart of the organisation.
You will:
- Develop and deliver a communications strategy for the Company, requiring a candidate adept at both internal and stakeholder communications
- Support sector teams on selected projects, including campaign management, producing marketing outputs and managing oversight of resources
- Work with External Affairs to create consistent and effective messaging on our objectives, delivery, and impact to be shared with the Company, Board and senior stakeholders, including our advisory groups
You will need to have extensive stakeholder communications and engagement experience, as well as the ability to produce impactful internal relations campaigns.
