The Company

Dragonfly are a leading Test consultancy based in London and Barcelona. We are specialists in automation and AI testing. We have seen unprecidented growth over the last year and are looking to expand our internal resourcing team

The Role.

Your role will be to identify, engage and manage candidates through the recruitment life cycle that align with specific roles. You will not be required to do any sales calls.

Deliverables.

You will have 3 core responsibilities.

1. Identify relevant candidates through the resources available to you.
2. Engage and qualify these candidates for specific roles.
3. Working in collaboration with account managers, manage candidates through the recruitment life cycle.

Expectations

• Identify suitable candidates that align with job specifications.
• Independently compose job adverts.
• Independently approach candidates through all sources available. This includes:
  • Social Media.
  • Our Database.
  • Job Boards.
  • Independently qualify candidates for specific roles, ensuring their skill set aligns with the job requirements.
  • Independently arrange and conduct meetings with candidates in process.
  • Format CV's and provide a suitable summary on candidates to send to clients.
  • Track all notes, interviews and submissions on the CRM.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment life cycle. This includes:
    • Candidate identification
    • Candidate qualification
    • Arranging interviews and sending confirmations.
    • Interview preparation
    • Interview feedback
    • Managing the candidate relationship, including objection handling.
    • Delivering offers to candidates
    • Ensuring all required information is documented to Reco for invoicing.
    • Managing candidates through the on boarding process and rebate periods.

We are looking to hire ASAP and could consider a contract to permanent option. Based in London and Barcelona you could be based anywhere in Europe.
