IT Business Analyst - WD

What you will do

Are you experience IT Business Analyst searching for your next project? Join us in undergoing an extensive business transformation programme where many initiatives are technology enabled!
Business Analyst defines user journeys, business requirements and processes with a strong steer for business process improvements to fit in with the industry.

Support strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives
Endorse business risk management, regulatory compliance (ex: Sarbanes-Oxley), Information Security, and audit remediation activities
Participate in creation of IT Investment proposals, partnered with business collaborators and IT Delivery colleagues
Conduct discovery and document user stories, business requirements, functions, processes, and enabling technologies
Drive and facilitate requirements workshop, product demonstrations, User Acceptance Testing co-ordination and communications
Cooperate on development, testing and deployment solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes
Maintain relevant data attributes of solutions in the Configuration Management Database
Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts

How you will do it

In collaboration with IT Business Partner provide inputs into projects and demand prioritisation
Define user cases along with the vital details and align them with the project plan
Collaborate with Domain Experts if any change of processes, rules or procedures is required
Support delivery team in analysing solution options or suggesting an alternative
Analyses feedback from trials, tests and exceptions if any
Supports business project lead in developing roll out plans and business transformation activities

Qualifications

What we look for

Required

Experienced Business Analyst with at least 4 years of proven IT Agile project delivery participation
Good understanding of business process analysis and Business Change Management
Advanced analytical skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various business process representatives
Ability to articulate business process requirements to a development team and vice versa in order to support the implementation
Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Ability to travel within the UK

Preferred

E-commerce, Salesforce, Oracle Field service, CPQ, ERP experience
Johnson Controls business knowledge
Certifications in Agile, Scrum or Business analysis competency
Master's Degree in IT
