Job Introduction:
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is a direct report to the Head of Solution Architecture (UK&I) and will be the IT interface between the assigned business unit(s) and IT / Technology Teams for the purpose of IT strategy development, projects, assurance, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. The role is home-based with Nationwide travel to UK business units as and when required.

Role Responsibility:
Key Accountabilities
1. IT PMO
1.1 Identify new projects and initiatives from Group IT that will roll out across the Region, understand them and introduce them to the business unit(s) in a managed and focused way that considers the needs of the contracts;
1.2 Gather project requirements from business unit(s) and follow PMO process for sign off. Act as the IT representative or lead (if no IT PM resource budgeted) for the project until completion;
1.3 Provide efficient and effective project support to projects and programmes according to defined service scope and levels agreed for UK&I;
1.4 Engage with business unit(s) and senior stakeholders to establish initial project scope, requirements, key deliverables, timescales and other key metrics needed to assess impact to IT resources aligned to standard G4S project methodology;
2.Service and Information Security Assurance
2.1 Provision of high quality professional advice to business unit(s) on areas of change, articulate the practical risks and business impact, and agree with the wider delivery team, solutions in partnership with the business;
2.2 Responsible for supporting and driving standardisation throughout the business unit(s) covering; process, applications and hardware in line with UK&I Group policy and standards;
2.3 Initial engagement, ongoing Support and Input to the bid lifecycle process within the business area, being the common point of contact for other IT and business colleagues;
2.4 Ensure all projects, change etc. are subject to an Information Security assessment consistent with Group IT standards including business impact assessment, risk assessments, ownership of 'Supplier Assurance' toolkit and compliance with GDPR to influence and help guide the business to manage risk within the organisation;
2.5 Prepare monthly trading review analysis and management summaries for presentation to the Group CIO. You will engage with Finance Management Accountants and Finance analysts to achieve this ensuring CAPEX and OPEX spend is carefully analysed, Variances identified, and spend monitored and reported against Budget and Previous Year including SMO submissions;
2.6 Produce the annual capex and opex budget and monthly trading reviews for G4S UK&I IT in line with corporate timetables
2.7 Be a point of escalation for any IT issues that have followed the standard IT process ensuring responsibility for root-cause analysis is established, documented and associated New Project/Change requests to address are delivered;
2.8 Monitor service performance for internal and external suppliers including regular account reviews, review of agreed performance metrics, measurement of SLAs and documentation;
Key Performance Indicators
Calendar-of-Commitments maintained with up-to-date status of all projects within BU;
Available to be contacted for escalations by the business unit(s) and wider IT team;
Complete Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments and Supplier Assurance toolkit for each project and maintain evidence;
Attend monthly / quarterly senior management meetings (SMT / ExCom) for respective business unit(s) as the IT representative;
Ensure standard Group PMO trading report monthly templates are completed on time and descriptions for variances provided
All projects submitted to PMO achieved a green light proving diligence and quality of UK&I region submissions.
Create and issue customer satisfaction dashboard across Bid management, Service Performance, Senior Management demonstrating negative customer feedback is addressed and high customer satisfaction across business is sustained
