A fantastic opportunity to join our Building Services Sales Team in the role of Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the generating new business as well as Account Management for a range of Tier 1 Contractors and Major House Builders. Reporting into the Key Account Director, main responsibilities will include:Implement a Key Account sales plan in your area to meet the requirements, overall targets and aspirations of the Company's business planDevelop and maintain in depth knowledge of market and sectors, especially relating to market trends, opportunities, threats, competitors activities etc., and providing appropriate feedback.Develop close relationships with contractors and consultants continually adding value to such relationships, thereby ensuring continued customer loyalty (solution sales and pull demand).Complete and submit sales reports and associated administrative tasks accurately and on time to enable the efficient and effective running of the sales process (including forecasts for accruals).Maintain a detailed and up to date target customer portfolio and project list at all times identifying all current opportunities within your area (utilising PSA and other systems).Delivery of CPDs to contractor and Specifier groups.Extensive travel will be required for this role with territory covering all regions North of and including Birmingham (inc.
