If this is you, then read on.PurposeWorking as a key member of a global technology team, you will be responsible for key areas of data initially focused on mission critical platform migrations and later the strategic development of a global data warehouse.You will primarily support the data and analytics team in the analytics data strategy, formulation, extraction, manipulation, content, and reporting (including trends and performance outputs) on customer data. This will also include inputs and outputs from other business units as required.In addition, you will continue to support the application support team to ensure customer facing or internal IT applications are operational, and when problems occur that they are rapidly identified and fixed.Results & ResponsibilitiesData & AnalysisWork within Technology to ensure data is provided to the analytics group: ensure processes are put in place for regular data updates.Be responsible for quality and accuracy of the data provided to the analytics group.Maintain and manage the analytics data: ensure historic data is stored and maintained; be responsible for data derivation to create new analytics values, in conjunction with the data scientists and the BI Manager.Identify new sources of data and suggest how to incorporate them into the analytics platform.Specify data models to meet internal requirements for analytics and communicate these back to the Information Architecture team that owns the overall data strategy and enterprise data model for our client.Ensure governance of analytics data is maintained and documented.Regular production of a variety of reports for multiple stakeholders.Organise a high volume of data using an accurate and analytical approach.Contribute to the architecture of our client's Strategic Data Warehouse.BI ReportingOrganise and manage the production of standard industry reports, based on the data available with our client.Present these reports to key stakeholders (sales teams, BI analysts, strategy team, clients) and gather feedback to ensure these reports are regularly reviewed and enhanced and add significant business value to our key stakeholders.Support Data scientists and BI analysts who will carry out client-specific analyses.Data ProvisionEnsure data is provided for non-data and analytics projects; examples are for data profiling and cleansing activities, interface development and testing purposes, and reporting requirements.
