THE ROLE

This role is responsible for leading a team of marketing and communications professionals to develop impactful marketing and communications for a range of audiences. Responsible for leading the development, delivery and evaluation of cross cutting marketing and communication strategies and campaigns whilst incorporating a full support life cycle marketing approach.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our communications and marketing campaigns meet audience needs whilst supporting the delivery of organisational objectives.

THE CANDIDATE

With significant experience of planning and delivering multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns and strategies, you'll have the ability to develop briefs that meet marketing objectives and make links across planned activity. Using your significant experience of audience segmentation and audience led marketing techniques to develop impactful, target driven campaigns that inspire people to take action.

A confident communicator and account manager you will lead the team to provide a communication and marketing advisory service to internal stakeholders and effectively engage external agencies and colleagues across marketing and communication teams to ensure alignment across activities to maximise impact.
