We are looking for a creative Senior Manager or experienced Manager to play a key role managing and delivering a wide range of online learning solutions for clients, as the Learning Experience Design Lead for the Learning Lab team.
Over the next 3 years we are aiming to build a UK Academy which will be the centre for client training delivery for the UK firm, specialising in all things learning. We need your creativity, innovation and experience to help us go to the next level in building impactful training which delights, inspires and amazes learners.
This is a multidisciplinary role involving everything from course design and build, through to scoping, pitching and ongoing platform development. You would be responsible for the quality of outputs delivered to clients across our portfolio of projects, working with our team of 7 people.

Essential experience
- Working in a fast paced, agile way with varying lengths of project cycles
- Scoping project deliverables and timelines, including associated cost estimation and pricing calculations for small, medium and large scale projects
- Designing creative bespoke solutions for clients across different industries, including responding to RFPs creatively within short timeframes.
- Developing and maintaining off the shelf offerings from new development to retiring content
- Delivering a range of learning projects, managing risk and managing overall delivery against client's requirements
- End to end development and delivery of online training, from training needs analysis and agreeing objectives, to designing and deploying the training to end users.
- Used various online learning and asset creation tools to design and build online learning, e.g. Vyond, Powtoon, Adobe CC, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Published, uploaded and distributed online learning to various Learning Management Systems.
- Analysing learning metrics and reporting insights to key stakeholders (e.g. xAPI, showing ROI on projects, etc) to provide meaningful management information to clients which demonstrates the effectiveness of learning and achievement of business goals.
- Architect a coherent learning experience across many different mediums (i.e. learning campaigns, workshops, digital solutions, film, written content), and bring to life through copywriting and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of the learning market, major players, what the competition are offering, etc, as well as up to date with industry trends
- Building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in the business.
- Building relationships with the business technical content experts to support the development of technical training and align content development to the Design team
- Influencing and challenging key stakeholders to ensure the appropriate delivery of technical learning solutions, within budget.
Desirable experience:
- Executed learning needs analysis to develop an understanding of the current and future needs of clients
- Delivering campaign based learning approaches
- Worked in a learning design agency
- Managed a diverse creative team of 5-10 people (including instructional designers, graphic designers, animators, developers (multiple authoring tools) and project managers) and held responsibility for quality of deliverables
- Supporting the development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring
- Managing offshore teams and working with Service Delivery Centres on creative projects to deliver on projects
- Regularly exploring the latest and emerging technologies to achieve innovative business solutions.
- Building off the shelf learning propositions, crafting go to market strategy and setting pricing in line with similar offerings in the industry
- Curriculum and learning pathway design experience
- Pitching to and facilitating sessions with c-suite
- Psychology or neuroscience background
