Are you an experienced care worker who is passionate about providing reliable, dedicated, and empathetic support to clients in their own homes?

At Viva Homecare we are looking for Care Assistants that will make a difference in others' lives. That have passion to personally develop themselves within the Health & Social care Sector and promote choice and independence for our clients.

We currently have opportunities within Mental Health, Elderly Care, rehabilitation and reablement and continually developing within other specialist fields.

Requirements
As a live in carer you will live with the client on a rota basis and assist our clients with daily living tasks including
  • Medication management

  • Eating and drinking / cooking

  • Personal care

  • Housework

  • Companionship

  • Assistance on outings

  • Activity co-ordination

  • Observations (Blood Pressure, Pulse, Temperature checks)

  • Promoting independence and mobilising

  • Care plan Daily Log Writing

  • Promoting General Well-being of client

Candidates should meet the following:
  • 1 year + care work experience

  • Pass a full DBS check

  • Good level of spoken English

  • Ability to attend interview in our Brighton office
