Roles and Responsibilities

As Logistics Support, you will be responsible for coordinating and resolving internal customer (such as Field Engineers) issues with their Diagnostic Imaging parts and transport. Some of your duties will include escalations of parts as well as problem solving courier problems. You will join a diverse team delivering world class customer service ensuring that high end, lifesaving medical equipment is serviced effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Experience working Customer Service environment with a strong track record of going the extra mile to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

· Coordination and administration experience in an office type environment preferred

As a SPO Region Logistics Support you will have to support the SPO-Parts/Tools logistics to the Field and the Return from Field to Warehouse.

The delivery to Field is essential to enable world class service-Delivery. The Part Return logistics is a key component to ensure parts availability so experince in Logisitcs would be crucial.

Apart form operational execution it is of high importance to keep internal/external customers well informed on status (delays and recovery) of deliveries.
