(U.K Remote)

The company had great success in the American market and are now looking at replicating this success in the EU. This is truly a role where you can put your own spin on the marketing brand launch of this blockbuster potential drug and is a unique opportunity for a highly successful individual to join as a marketing manager in the UK. The role will be remote you must be based in the U.K and have had great success launching products in the U.K market and ideally out of country launch experience. You will take ownership of strategic and operational execution of the product launch and ongoing brand management in the U.K arm of the EU launch. You would work closely alongside: customer engagement manger, other affiliate marketing managers and the wider cross functional U.K teams. This role reports directly into the U.K marketing director.

Key Responsibilities

To fully understand and engage with the brand strategy and localise this for optimal delivery of U.K goals via highly effective brand planning and execution including the creation and development of brand assets that resonate with all targeted customers.

To own the launch model supported through the engagement framework process.

To lead the development of the national plan for U.K congress and conferences whilst also inputting into successful delivery of E.U events.

Translate the brand strategy into tangible deliverables to be used by both primary care sales force as well as secondary care KAMS.

To create an integral strategy for pharmacy in both/secondary care to optimise patient uptake through shared care protocols and joint pathways.

To establish and maintain relationships with KOL's and other key strategic partners.

Work alongside the U.K Marketing Director to ensure effective control POE revenues, budgets and tangible results.

Person Specifications

University degree (Science/ Marketing).

Extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing at an affiliate level (above country a bonus).

Knowledge and experience on cardio-metabolic market is preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of primary/secondary care physicians, the NHS network with the ability to knowledgeably input into payor discussions.

Product launch experience is a must.
