*Salary: Level 2 £17,732 - £19,969 per annum *
*Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week *
*Location: Lobley Hill, Gateshead*

Our client is a leading regeneration charity, working through partnership to create communities in which people are proud to live and work.

The National Citizen Service (NCS) is a youth development programme run by our client and aimed at increasing integration and social cohesion in wider society. In the summer and autumn, young people of diverse backgrounds engage in a range of hands-on, group activities.

*About the role*

Working as a member of a dedicated Youth team, the post holder will be responsible for compiling and processing of all delivery related documentation and activities, as well as working with the Project Manager on KPI's relevant to input onto a bespoke database. This will include the collection, collation and processing of original documentation from NCS staff, including manual and electronic filing and archiving to ensure compliance with the Programme standards.

Responsible for a range of administrative and financial tasks including reconciling historic funding claims, the post holder will be required to work proactively with Prime funding organisation, ensuring achievement of funding deadlines and a high level of accuracy and quality.

This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure endorsed by the Disclosure and Barring Service

*A bit about you*

The charity is looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of managing a varied workload of administrative and financial tasks prioritising to meet target deadlines and dealing with external clients. Excellent IT skills are essential as well as having effective verbal, written and presentation communications skills

You'll thrive working in a busy and friendly environment and have the ability to maintain confidentiality as required. You will also have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
