Job description

*UK HEOR Associate Director *

This is a fantastic UK PHARMA opportunity that can propel a talented health economist into the industry. I am working in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a UK HEOR Associate Director to join their growing health economics function. The team are an agile division focussed on oncology, neurology and rare diseases whilst offering a diversified range of products to work on day to day.

You will work in close collaboration with the Director of the division who offers support, training and development and will be a key collaborator in working with UK, regional and global teams.

*The ROLE;*

* Responsible for development and delivery of HEOR strategies and tactics

* Creation and adaptation of cost effectiveness analysis

* Co-development of HTA / reimbursement dossiers

* Keeping the company up to date on UK HTA landscape and NICE processes

* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders like NICE, SMC, AWMSG and educating them on the NICE requirements

* Lead and develop HEOR initiatives that are appropriately planned for the UK

* Ensure collaboration with EMEA region & country level matrix teams to ensure an understanding of HEOR tactics.

* Lead meetings with internal stakeholders to support the need of patients and healthcare providers

* Design HEOR and value strategies

* Create a 3-year perspective plan to support UL HEOR business objectives

* Manage and design all aspects of HEOR research initiatives and assess HTA and data gaps.

*Qualifications;*

* Master's degree within Health Economics, Epidemiology or another related discipline

* 5- 8 years' experience in Health Economics and Evidence Generation strategies

* Experience within a consultancy or pharma setting in HEOR

* Strong knowledge of UK HTA, HEOR and reimbursement systems

* Understanding of Market Access deliverables

* Experience negotiating with payers leading to success reimbursement and recommendations in various different therapeutic areas

* Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas

* Published publications or papers would be highly attractive.

* Fluent in English: Other languages would be beneficial

* Dynamic personality

* Excellent communication skills
