We are looking for Dayand Night Team Leader's to join our existing friendly team immediately!.Salary: £10.00 - £10.40 per hour (dependant on experience), plus 20p per hour night shift allowance for night shiftsDesirable/ Requirements: QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care or willing to work towards. Experience in a leadership role is desirable accompanied by basic administrative skillsHours of Work: 35 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentCompany Funded Benefits: Free DBS check, Flu vaccination and Hepatitis B vaccinationAbout the Role: As a Team Leader you will take a key role in carrying out all company duties, tasks and responsibilities to the Service ensuring the promotion of good working practice in accordance with the company's principles of care and offering a role model to support staff. You will work closely with the Service Manager to deputise, provide professional support, supervision and guidance to Support Workers, and ensure continuity of care.As a Team Leader you will be involved in monitoring and reviewing care plans in conjunction with the Deputy Manager, Care Managers/Social Workers, Service Users and their relatives.
