Onboarding Administrator
Our client based in Albrighton is looking for an full time onboarding administrator for a temporary contract until 31st December 2021.
As part of the role you will be working in the HR Administration department processing the DBS checks, checking references from employees on behalf of our employees entering them into the system, there will be general data entry, and you will be required to post contracts when required.
In addition you will be answering queries by e-mail and phone regarding the recruitment process, and monitoring start dates and the induction process in line with the companies procedures.

Ideal Candidate

  • CIPD (Desirable not essential)
  • Good Admin skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills

  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Organised

Salary £9.03 per hour
Hours Flexible 7.5 Hours between 8-6pm
