Summary
We are supporting an award-winning national care provider looking to appoint an Operations Manager to oversee 17 supported living services across Kent.

THIS IS A GREAT JOB, WORKING FOR A FANTASTIC PROVIDER.

You will need to have experience of overseeing supported living services across different locations and should have an understanding of how to lead and develop teams, whilst managing budgets and resources, ensuring performance of services.

In short you will need to be driven, organised, proactive and flexible, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle and experience of successfully leading and developing regional staff teams who supported adults with learning disabilities and associated needs.
