Job description
The Global Marketing Organization (GMO) creates relevance, distinctiveness and growth for the PwC brand and business. We work together with the global markets and territory marketing leaders to deliver the go-to-market priorities that are aligned to Platforms, and enable sales and marketing excellence across the network. Strategy and Alignment is a global team accountable for enabling the GMO to achieve its purpose by articulating strategy, driving alignment and collaboration across the GMO and with its stakeholders, and focusing on the continuous improvement of functional capabilities and ways of working. As the Operations Senior Associate, this position will support the ongoing operational needs of the GMO. This position will bring a continuous improvement approach to operational processes, driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness, supporting the GMO's evolution to become a modern marketing organization. Experience in operational planning, budget tracking and analysis, invoice management and contract management are core to this role.
The global Strategy & Alignment team articulates strategy, driving alignment & collaboration across the GMO & with its stakeholders, & focusing on the continuous improvement of functional capabilities & ways of working. Supports ongoing operational needs of the GMO. Brings a continuous improvement approach to operational processes, driving organizational efficiency & effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Supporting the execution of operational needs of a marketing organization in line with the annual strategic plan and organization processes and policies
Supporting contract management, vendor implementation and the ongoing management as well as invoicing
Supporting the selection and onboarding of external vendors and contractors (onshore and offshore), ideally for a marketing organization
Supporting budget tracking and reporting, ideally across a marketing organization
Working with stakeholders across marketing teams, HC, Finance and IT to execute operational plans
Identifying opportunities to improve operational excellence and developing an implementation plan, leveraging data analytics to inform recommendations
Working independently with minimal supervision, supporting multiple projects simultaneously and responding with agility to changing priorities
Bringing an analytical, problem solving mindset to tasks to identify ways to improve processes
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Understanding across modern marketing and sales capabilities, ideally in a B2B or services context
Understanding of marketing and sales organizations vendor offshoring processes
Managing relationships with vendors and contractors (onshore and offshore) and leading the overall operational management and coordination of external vendor resources
Optimizing and simplifying vendor and contract management processes to encourage flexibility in resourcing across marketing functions
Collaborating with leaders and project managers to execute financial responsibilities efficiently and effectively, including advising the leaders and project managers
