Job Title: Outreach Support Worker

Salary: £9.00-£9.23 per hour dependant on NVQ Qualifications plus mileage allowance
Hours: Full Time

Driving licence and own car essential.

You will be travelling between clients' homes providing support with emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs. You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as household tasks and domestic duties, whilst engaging socially in exciting hobbies within the local community. All in all, enabling our people to live their best life!
