Job description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join us at our Support Centre in Coventry, on a permanent part-time basis of 15.5 hours per week. Reporting to the Financial Controller & Secretary, your role will be to assist the Society in providing a fast and efficient switchboard and reception service to colleagues, customers, and visitors.

About the Role:
To answer the Society's main reception phone, transferring calls to the relevant department and taking messages
Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring they are signing in and out.
To perform any ad-hoc tasks requested by the Senior Management Team, including the Society's flash sales every Monday morning.
To manage the booking of holidays and cover for the reception area.

About you:
As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will always be professional in approach and demonstrate a high standard of appearance and conduct. You will have previous experience in a similar role, be IT literate, have excellent attention to detail and be analytically minded, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be a team player and use your excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships across the Society
