Job description

*Job Description*

*Help us put the u in communication. *
We create medical communications that connect. Our clinical trial and health education materials engage the audience and inspire action, and we're searching for someone who can share our vision. Patients are at the heart of everything we create.
Our team is growing and we are actively recruiting for an exceptional team player with excellent organisational and project management skills. The role will primarily include the management of translation, print and shipping requests for multiple projects, day-to-day liaison with internal and external teams, and the accurate tracking of projects.
This is a hybrid role, so we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and editorial proofing or copy-editing experience would be ideal. The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of the communication lifecycle - from project kick-off, through branding and design, to QC and delivery of materials across the globe. Multi-tasking, great time management and a flexible approach are therefore a given.
We're after someone who can hit the ground running, so a confident self-starter with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential. You'll also be familiar with the pharma industry and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders across all levels.
We're offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme and flexible working options. So if you have what it takes to become a *Patient Communications Coordinator at PAREXEL* and would like to join our dedicated UK-based team in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, send your CV with a cover letter to Lucy Powell

*Qualifications*

*Experience and skills required:** Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or at least 3 years' industry experience from a medical/healthcare communications agency, CRO or pharmaceutical company
* Strong communication and project management skills with proven ability to multitask, running multiple projects in parallel (some experience with project management systems desirable)
* Broad financial awareness and understanding of budgets
* Good copy-editing and proofreading skills across a range of printed and digital media for a variety of audiences
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
